Pakistan Freelance Journalists Association (PFJA) has decided to award ZA
Sureli, venerable journalist and member of Pakistan Movement, with
Quaid-i-Azam Badge.
Pakistan Freelance Journalists Association (PFJA) started its
Independence Day celebrations by pinning Quaid-e-Azam Badge on ZA Sureli,
senior editor of The News.
Pakistan Freelance Journalists Association (PFJA) President Iqbal
Yousafi, along with Ibrahim Tahir, Naeem Qureshi, Mazhar Ali Adeeb, Kaukab
Khan, Khalil Qureshi and Rehman Zulfi, paid rich tributes to ZA Sureli for
his contribution in Pakistan Movement. Speaking on the occasion, ZA Sureli
revealed when they brought out a procession in London in favour of
Pakistan, the English people, observing their enthusiasm, said they would
succeed one day in establishishing their own homeland. He advised the youth
especially the journalists to work for the solidarity of the country
following the foot steps of Quaid-e-Azam.
Formed in 1979, Pakistan's First Internationally recognized Journalists organization Pakistan Freelance Journalists Association (PFJA) and former member of International Federation of Journalists "There can be no press freedom if journalists exist in the conditions of Corruption ,Proverty or Fear."
