PFJA Takes exception to Tarar's remarks

Pakistan Freelance Journalists Association (PFJA) has taken strong
exception to President Rafiq Tarar's comments in which he had held the
press responsible for chaos in the country. In a statement Friday, PFJA
President Iqbal Yousafi said President's comments were baseless since press
in Pakistan was playing highly responsible role as against the state owned
electronic media. He said President had failed to point out any single news
item which created chaos.
